There was a lot of driving happening. I was driving through parking garages, and I think that I was in some sort of a college. I ended up in a hotel room, my car was in a parking garage, and I walked through a door, and the door walked me into the back of a hotel room, almost like I was walking in through the window. It was me and my dad in the hotel room, and the door for the hotel room had a really large gap underneath the door frame so that you could see people walking in the hallway. I could see somebody pacing back-and-forth in front of our door frame, and my dad was staring at the door, I asked him “who is that?” and he looked at me, completely shocked and said, “can you see it to?” I said “yes, I can see somebody pacing in front of the door” and he said “I can’t believe you can actually see him nobody has ever been able to see him before.” He smiled and walked towards the door to grab the door knob. He yelled through the door and said “I’m opening the door and you can’t do anything to me anymore” he opened the door and nobody was there pacing, but I noticed a creature sitting in front of the door. The creature had no hair on his body at all. It looked like he was sitting in a very deep squat, his feet were planted, but his knees were up very high, and I couldn’t see the rest of his body, his chin was sitting on the carpet between his feet, and he was staring at me, smiling. He had no hair on his head and no hair on his face and his arms looks like uncooked chicken wings with no feathers and he had hands on the end of his wings. I yelled to my dad, and said “what the fuck is that?!” And pointed to the creature, the creature never blinked, never moved, just stared directly at me, smiling with his feet firmly planted. My dad turned around and looked at me and said, “what are you talking about?” I said, “are you telling me you can’t see that thing?” and I kept pointing to the creature that was right in front of him, he rolled his eyes and said “no, I don’t see anything” scoffed at me, and just walked through the door and pulled the door shut. I could see the creature underneath the door. All I could see was his feet and his smile because his chin was still placed on the ground. I started panicking and running around the room screaming for my dad and never got a response. I finally decided I was gonna just do what my dad did grab the door knob and yell out to the monster that he can’t do anything to me and that I was leaving and according to what happened with my dad, he should disappear. I grab the door knob and scream through “I’m opening it, and he hast to leave and can’t hurt me” and when I open the door, he stands up straight. His legs were pale and kind of similar color tone to me. He still had chicken wings that were tight against his body with hands on the end, and that smile never went away. I went to slam the door in his face, and he put his wing through the door and was able to stop me from closing it. I started panicking and screaming for my dad. I kept screaming “please stop!” and screaming for my dad to come help me. He never showed up. The creature started screaming and then screamed my name once but very clearly. I screamed for my dad one last time and of course got no response from him. I screamed for Hecate and as soon as I said her name, I woke up from the nightmare. I wasn’t even scared when I woke up, just confused.
Dreams often serve as manifestations of our subconscious thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Your dream contains several key themes and elements that can be interpreted in multiple ways. Here’s a breakdown of the main components:
This dream may reflect a personal struggle with recognizing and confronting fears or anxieties that you feel are dismissed by others. The creature represents these fears, which are unique to you and perhaps hard to articulate to others. Your father’s disbelief may suggest a feeling of isolation in your experiences. Ultimately, the dream reflects a desire for understanding, support, and the tools to face these challenges head-on.
The absence of fear upon waking could indicate that you’re processing or beginning to understand these emotions, leading to a sense of clarity. Consider reflecting on what these symbols mean to you personally, as dream interpretation can vary greatly based on individual experiences and contexts.
